I am extremely excited and feel truly blessed! After a long weekend, jam-packed with weddings, this morning, I received some great news that has made my day.
A little back story, CNN contacted me in late February wanting to do a news piece on me and my company, after they did some research of event & wedding planners in Houston.
We felt very honored to have been selected, since Houston is only the fourth largest city in the US, not to mention the fact that Houston is home to many great and professional planners. To be the first choice is most certainly an honor indeed!
Fast forward to March, CNN flew into Houston and shadowed my team and me for an entire day for our
Quinceañera event. Our Quinceañera was definitely nervous and excited about the thought of having her special day aired, even if for a minute on national TV. :)
Fast forward again, to the present. This morning, when opening my email, I received one from CNN informing me of the air dates for the piece, set for June. Yay! Talk about media exposure! As the dates get closer, we will keep everyone informed of the exact air dates and times. We do plan on having a Viewing Party, so stay tuned for that!
Needless to say, we are truly excited and blessed. Many thanks to everyone who has helped us get to where we are today!
