Chanica + Matthew, Part I

Photo Credit: Janelle Lynn Photography & A Day To Remember

I am constantly blessed with having such wonderful brides as clients....and glad to say that rarely do I encounter "bridezillas". Chanica was such a doll to work with and, if anything, always made sure that everyone else was happy. What was even more beautiful, was the relationship Chanica has with her mother. I only wish all my brides had that type of relationship!

Now, onto the wedding! I love it when pink is always a part of the wedding, only because it is my favorite color! For now, I've got a few professional teasers, courtesy of Janelle Lynn Photography, as well as some non-professional shots we took. I can't wait for Janelle to provide us with more pictures! So, for the meantime....enjoy!

Chanica's wedding dress...so beautiful!

The church, just before ceremony was to begin.

Chanica and Matthew saying a prayer.

The first kiss.

Mr. & Mrs. Brown!

I always love sign-in tables that feature so many pictures!

The cake...our signature Almond butter cake with raspberry and cream cheese filling.

A simple and clean design with a pink / brown ribbon for decoration.

The groom's cake, our decadent Chocolate Kahlua with strawberry filling. Going with the pink and brown theme, the chocolate covered strawberries were dipped in dark chocolate and pink white chocolate. Of course, no groom's cake is complete without the Tuxedo strawberries!

The centerpieces...a clean and simple design with pink and white roses.

The ballroom, just before the guests entered. Chanica wanted a clean, simple and intimate ambience.

The sexy couple...one of my favorite shots.

The happy couple!

Congratulations Chanica and Matthew!!!

Nicole + Jonathan

When I first met Nicole, I silently gasped at her natural beauty...seriously! She is just the epitome of a beautiful porcelain doll! Well, her beauty isn't just on the outside, but on the inside as well...she was such an easy going bride! Nicole and Jonathan had a beautiful early afternoon wedding at the magnificent Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, followed by a fabulous reception at the lovely Briscoe Manor.

Many thanks to Pressler Images for providing us with some great pictures...enjoy!

The bouquets...a mixture of Cherry Love Roses, Vendela Roses, Red Mikado Mini Spray Roses and White Majolika Mini Spray Roses.

The beautiful ladies ready to walk down the aisle.

Nicole and her dad.

It was such a beautiful ceremony.

The first kiss.

Isn't she just absolutely beautiful?

Nicole and the cute flower girl...fortunately she wasn't camera shy here!

The centerpieces...a collage of vases with submerged roses, accented with marbles, lighting and decorative wiring.

The linens...red runners to accent the white linens. Briscoe Manor has some fabulous cherry wood Chivari chairs, it would be a sin to cover them up!

The wedding cake...a delicious White Chocolate Amaretto butter cake, filled with raspberries and cream cheese. Yum!

Following the red and white theme Nicole had for her wedding, we accented the cake with scrolls, the pattern from her dress. We added final touches of handmade gumpaste roses and leaves.

Nicole and Jonathan having some fun with the camera on the beautiful grounds of Briscoe Manor.

Jonathan swooning the lovely ladies with his mad piano skills!

Some nice bling!

The sign-in table, accented with a large floral arrangement and some beautiful pictures from Nicole and Jonathan's engagement session.

Nicole and Jonathan during the toast.

Cake anyone?

During dinner...Briscoe Manor is such a beautiful facility.

Nicole and Jonathan during their first dance. One of my favorite pictures.

Okay single ladies...get ready!

The last dance.

Congratulations Nicole and Jonathan!!!

Jennifer + Robbie

Is it any wonder why I love my job? I've had such wonderful brides to work with and Jennifer is definitely no exception. Sweet as can be, and beautiful. We had the pleasure and honor of being a part of her and Robbie's wedding.

Granted, I always cry at weddings. Yes, as many weddings as I've done, I still get choked up every time! Jennifer and Robbie's wedding was no exception, as their vows included special vows between Jennifer and her now beautiful stepdaughters.

Many thanks to the lovely Kasey from Monkey Tree Photography for providing us with these fabulous pictures! Enjoy!

Jennifer's beautiful gown.

Jennifer, about to get into her beautiful dress.

The site for the ceremony, we added lots of foliage, for a more romantic feel....

....and added some hanging votive candles for more intimate atmosphere.

Jennifer's bouquet was a mixture of pink Peonies, pink Dendrobium Orchids, Rosita Vendela Roses, Hydrangeas and Cymbidium Orchids.

For the centerpieces, Jennifer wanted something simple, so we opted for submerged Dendrobium Orchids.

The bouquets were a mixture of Hydrangeas, garden Roses and Dendrobium Orchids.

The wedding cake...our signature Almond Butter cake with raspberry and cream cheese filling. Jennifer wanted us to replicate the pattern from her dress.

Robbie's an avid golf player, so we decided to add some white chocolate golf balls to the buttery yellow cake filled with strawberries, and iced in a decadent chocolate butter creme.

The first kiss!

Another bouquet shot.

The beautiful couple.

Happy after their "I Do's"!

Mmmmm.....cake!

Mmmm....did anyone say cake?

The first dance.

Dancing under the stars on a hot summer night!

One of my personal favorites!

A beautiful night view of House Plantation.
