Fressia + Jeremiah, Part I

Photo Credit: A Day To Remember

Few times do I get to work with easy-going brides, who aren't obsessed over the smallest details and let us handle it for them. Such was the case with Fressia...she had a vision in mind and trusted us to get it taken care of. It really was such a joy working with this lovely couple and I'm looking forward to the professional pictures. For now, I have some "non-professional" pictures of the day. My favorite part were her fun colors: Persimmon and a deep rich purple! Enjoy!

A combination of hydrangeas and roses was used throughout the church decor.

The pew arrangements consisted of hydrangeas, roses and ti leaves.

The newlywed couple posing for the pics.

The girls' bouquets, a combination of pin cushions and roses.

The beautiful wedding party.

Mmmmm....cake!

Guests about to enjoy dinner.

The centerpieces were kept simple, with a combination of submerged mini calla lilies and orchids.

Candy anyone????

The guests, waiting for the arrival of the newlyweds.

Congratulations Fressia & Jeremiah!!!

Erin + Sean, Part I

Photo Credit: A Day To Remember

It's no surprise...I love weddings. What do I love even more? Weddings that offer something different from the usual. It's always refreshing to be a part of something different and unique, such was the case with Erin and Sean. When I first met Erin, she explained to me how she wanted to incorporate Celtic traditions, a nod to both of their Irish heritage. I loved the idea and we immediately got to work!

I've got a few pictures, "non-professional", that I managed to take during the wedding. I'm anxiously awaiting the professional pictures, so I'll be sure to update with "real" pictures, but for now, enjoy the teasers!

Erin's bouquet, a mixture of roses, irises, dahlias, hydrangeas and orchids.

The wedding cake...Strawberry Grand Marnier with a cream cheese filling.

Erin, in her beautiful traditional celtic wedding gown. Isn't she just beautiful?

Part of the ceremony decor.

To create an earthy and romantic ambience for the altar, we incorporated candles and lots of foliage.

The centerpieces...hydrangeas and curly willow.

The ceremony...dad's about to give his little girl away.

A beautiful ceremony, Celtic tradition, with all the guests surrounding the couple, forming a circle.

Lots of dancing...

...and more dancing...including the Chicken Dance!

A big congratulations to Erin and Sean!

Alicia + Travis

When I first met Alicia and Travis, it was evident how much in love they are. What always gets me is when I see how much love there is, not just between a couple, but among the family. Alicia and Travis are blessed to be surrounded by so much love and support. During the planning process, I got to see Alicia work so hard to prepare for the wedding and the results are evident in the pictures. She is just absolutely gorgeous! Alicia was kind enough to provide me with the pictures taken by her photographer, Images by Nannell, so now I pass them on to you all. Enjoy!

Alicia's beautiful dress.

The beautiful bride is enjoying being spoiled by her fabulous bridesmaids.

A sweet kiss from mom. One of my personal favorites.

How cute are they???

The beautiful ceremony.

Sealing the deal with a kiss.

Congratulations Alicia & Travis!!!!

Can you tell they are happy?!

...and more kisses!

The cake...Alicia wanted a clean design accented with fresh flowers. What's on the inside? Vanilla with Almond. Yum!

Can you tell Travis is a Brewers' fan? The inside was our Chocolate Almond concoction.

Mom approving of the cakes....what cute pictures!

The first dance...they look so in love.

Now, this is a tear jerker...how beautiful is this picture!

It's time for cake....

...followed by the toasts.

The lovely couple.

Baseballs anyone?

And...they are off!
