Exposure Lunch Open House: The Crowne Plaza

Recently we had the pleasure of collaborating with the lovely *Victoria, of Crowne Plaza-Downtown Hotel for their annual Exposure Lunch Open House event, catering not just to future brides and grooms, but for the corporate market as well. It is always fun to take on projects of this nature, where we can let our creativity flow and create a fun atmosphere.

We couldn't have done this without the help and support of all of our fabulous colleagues who took the time off from their busy schedules to help us create such a fabulous event. I want to share with you the eye-candy, provided to me by Bryan Anderson of Beauty in Art Photography. Enjoy!

We wanted fun colors and decided hot pink and tangerine orange would be perfect. Adding a royal table and a combination of round and square tables allowed for a more fun setup.


The delicious food was in abundance, as were the exquisite Mangotinis!


The pink and orange cake, perfect for a fun wedding or just a fabulous gala event.

Erin + Kevin: The Engagements

I'm always inspired by a love so strong as these two have, especially since more than half the time, they can't share the same city. Amy + Richard: The Engagement Session

When I first met Amy, I knew that I would bond with this fabulous lady. Many thanks to Lewis Grell of LG Entertainment for the introduction. For those that are not familiar with Amy, let me introduce you to her...she's a phenomenal singer, so be sure to visit her website!

Well, back to the lovely couple: When Amy first told me she was engaged, we both squealed in delight when she showed me the beautiful custom designed ring, in the shape of a beautiful rose! I'm so excited to be involved in the planning process of what will be a beautiful wedding! Amy shared these gorgeous pictures with me, so naturally, I MUST share. Stacy + Robert: The Engagement Session

From the moment I met Stacy + Robert, I knew they were going to be just so much fun to work with and I have not been disappointed...at least not yet! ;) Stacy + Robert are truly a fairytale story and I'm so honored to be involved in the planning process of one of their special moments in their lives. I've got just a few teasers from their fabulous two-part...yes...that's right...TWO-PART engagement photo session!

The first session was taken in Galveston and it was a much more fun session, including one of Robert's toys...a 4-wheeler. Session number two took place a couple of weeks after throughout Downtown Houston and the Museum District; but it did start in Robert's funhouse warehouse for some fun shots with Robert's vintage Camaro. Jill + Michael: The Wedding

Outdoor weddings are always fun, even when there is some crazy weather to give us a challenge. Such was the case with Jill + Michael's wedding. Fortunately it was a "light" April shower, which threatened that morning up until one o'clock in the afternoon. Afterwards, it was a race to get everything set up in time for the six o'clock celebrations. Jill + Michael had to be one of the most laidback couples and didn't once freak out about the sprinkles that day.

In the end, everything turned out beautiful and we even ended up with almost clear skies and even a slight chill in the air. Here are some lovely pictures capturing Jill + Michael's beautiful day. Enjoy!
