Houston Modern Luxury Brides Magazine Dessert Feature

It is always a sweet surprise to be asked to participate in projects of such a great magazine, and it's even more fun to be asked to participate on such "sweet" fun projects! Such was the case when I received a call from Holly of Houston Modern Luxury Brides Magazine to participate in the Fall/Winter 2010 issue's cake section.

• The challenge: Come up with a non-wedding wedding cake
• The ideas that came to mind: A menagerie of cupcakes, truffles and cookies!

Featured here: Our signature "Almond with Raspberry & Cream Cheese filling" cupcakes, along with our popular "Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling". Yes, our cupcakes ARE filled.
Truffles featured: White Chocolate Amaretto and Milk Chocolate Almond
